You want to do something that will keep you calm in the face of unpredictability, and this is the best you can get. Sakura: I can’t e-exactly predict the future o-or how the battle is going to e-end, so I need to do s-something with my nervous energy… And it u-usually ends up being prayer. Lilith: I see… I suppose there’s not all that much else you can do but pray when we get to be close to a huge fight like this, huh? Sakura: I-I did… We have another m-major fight coming up s-soon, and I want all of us t-to come home safe. Lilith: Did you just finish praying, Lady Sakura? Sakura: A-Alright… I think that’s e-enough for now… Lilith: If you ever need a different point of view, all you have to do is ask. Sakura: I understand… I-I think it’s interesting to h-hear how different your perspectives on religion a-are from mine. I suppose I’ve just never been able to pray to them. I feel personally connected to the gods, as a matter of fact, but… I don’t know. I suppose I’m just not the overtly religious sort.

I want h-her to bring us safety after m-major battles and peace once t-the war is over, so I offer my p-prayers every once in a while. Lilith: That’s right… Most people in the eastern half of Pheuyura tend to pray to Akiri, don’t they? Sakura: I-I was offering my p-prayers to the Dawn D-Dragon. Lilith: Lady Sakura?
